In 1786 the inventory of the brewery came to an end. A detailed 825 page description of the Gubernija brewery remained in the estate inventory of Siauliai, which was finished by the 1st of July, 1786 says: “The factory had 5 chimneys, the entrance from the lake side. The brewery was wooden, covered with tile and shingle at some places, had a floor made of stones and flagstones. There was a porch, a house with a flank side, a cellar, another house – malt storage, barrel premises, brewery place, several living rooms, handling equipment, separate barn, a stable for beeves and horses, and an icehouse. The buildings had lots of windows. The water from the draw-well was pumped through the tubing straight into the brewery.”
